- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure our crew has clear access to the work area.
- Notify us of underground utilities or hazards before work begins.
- Keep pets and children away from the work area during services.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay
- Late payments may incur a 1.6% late fee after 30 days.
- Failure to pay for services rendered will result in a mechanics lien being placed on your property.

We take reasonable precautions to protect property; however, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, weak branches, or undisclosed hazards. Tree work can be dangerous — please follow crew instructions.

Services may be postponed for unsafe weather. Environmental factors can affect results, and survival of plants is not guaranteed.
3. Fertilizer & Chemical Treatments
Products are applied safely and legally. Results depend on soil, watering, and environmental conditions.
4. Property Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe access and disclose underground hazards. Keep pets and people away during service.
5. Equipment Use & Noise
Tree work involves loud equipment and possible minor landscape disturbance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered and excludes incidental or consequential damages.
